{Sweet Child} Gillian: Summertime ~ ~ Montgomery, Alabama Children’s Photographer

Do you remember Gillian?

Well, this summer, she turned 1! I am always SO excited to be able to take photos of children as they grow – it’s one of the joys of my job.

Well, I’m a little embarrassed because I took her photos back in the summer and because I’ve been neglectful of this blog, I never blogged them. So, I am rectifying that, now. Because she is way too precious not to share.

And her parents are still Jeremy and Shannon, who continue to be fabulous parents.

Gillian has grown quite a lot, but one thing has not changed: she is still a beautiful baby with an incredibly sweet personality!

And this time around, the weather was on the other end of the spectrum – where our last photo session was cold, it was quite warm {read: hot} during this photo session. But you just can’t beat some photos in the bright Summer morning light.

It appears that Gillian has inherited her daddy’s curls.

This little family of 3 just makes me smile.

And Gillian is growing and growing!

I love color photos, but I especially love these last 3 in black & white. They seem so classic.
